I loved being just a short stroll away from both Earle May Boat Basin Park and Decatur County Museum, making my weekend exploration a breeze alongside the city’s dining options for quick meals on the go.

The 'hospitality' here is an absolute joke. Moldy jets in the bathtub proved unwelcoming, and the room was crawling with cockroaches. I almost left a decent review but couldn't ignore the lack of special treatment. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but instead, just experienced chaos. Sigh, the audacity!

On a positive note, the accommodating staff swiftly provided a bath towel when requested, and buttery croissants during breakfast were a delightful treat. However, the overall state of disrepair overshadowed these minor comforts, leaving me disappointed with my experience.
